What Is an RDHAP?  "Registered Dental Hygienist In Alternative Practice"

-"Its a Dental Hygienist that has specialized training, holds a specific license that allows the same type of professional preventative care a patient would receive in a dental office, to then receive the same care for an individual that is considered "Medically Compromised", to conveniently be seen in their Private Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals and any 55 plus communities."   -California Dental Hygienists' Association, CDHA

My Name Is Jennifer Weeston,

I've always enjoyed helping others, either by teaching, sharing or just giving driving directions, if someone's lost. :D Going out of my way to help those in need has always been the fabric of my soul. I'm excited to be involved in a career that has allowed me to express the caring, compassionate professional that I am. I've been in the dental field for over 15 years, first Assisting the Dentist and then becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). After many years working as an RDH, I realized my true passion was to become more involved in the community by reaching out to individuals who need assistance with their daily lives. I find it more rewarding to see a smile on someones face that truly appreciates the time and attentiveness one might need. With my dental experience and compassion, I want to be the driving force to giving the knowledge that can help "Medically Compromised" patients receive the individual dental care they need.

In your best interest of care,

Jennifer Weeston, RDHAP
